yeah, they (except maybe allen) seem like the type to pull an eff y'all type clique performance in an all-star game, where they try to prove how "tough" they are by not getting along with anyone else all weekend, even if it messes up what's supposed to be a fun event. of course, even when all 4 were on the court that lineup seemed to suck. they just bricked jumpers and didn't play defense or rebound. hopefully the east tries in the 2nd half to make this somewhat exciting.
Ya, I totally agree. That's actually the whole reason I voted for the West. I figured Bryant would want the MVP award so badly that he would try harder than anyone else on the court...pushing the West over the top.
#$@@ kobe.... what a selfish arrogant a$$. Win mvp all you want...it means nothing. LA won't win a title this year.
Back in the day I would have hated on Kobe for this obvious bid for MVP. Now that he's a vet, I'm like "yeah Kobe, show these young bastards how to compete." I guess seeing him still able to dominate out there makes me feel just a bit younger myself. lol
I'd like to hold the record for most All Star MVP's too. Especially if I can add one to the notch while i'm in a game in my own arena shooting 57%
