you know lebron wanted everyone to play this hard all night. the only difference between him and kobe is kobe has lost all shame (a good thing in this instance) and had no problem playing all out right from the beginning whereas lebron tried to just go with the flow for the first half. you can tell in the 2nd half that he just said screw it and started driving every possession when he realized no one else cared. if bosh and johnson could make a free throw this would be to tie the game now.
nice to see lebron plays and acts like he's the best in the world now. he needs to play like that and more in the 2nd half of the season
Props to LeBron for making the 2nd half the best stretch of an All-Star game I've watched in maybe 15 years. I could tell from the beginning of the 3rd quarter the East wanted to come back and win, but they were sloppy and the West kept getting easy fast breaks. That stopped when LeBron turned it up another notch and other EC All-Stars followed him.
why isn't the ball in lebron's hands? and why is KD, the best shooter on the floor, wide open 2 straight possessions?
and the east immediately screws up the great finish by not guarding durant and rose and amare short arming two straight shots.
