I don't understand my fellow clutchfans,

Why didn't the Rockets play more Kelvin Lewis?
He's a pure shooter, played 11 minutes, had 8 points, 2 three's. He made one without a shoe

IMO he's better than Blake Adhern whatever the crap his name is, i'd rather play him than hughes, and the other guys....this is sad, lost some love points for the Rockets because they didn't play him, only 1 game.

SMH at the Rockets coaching staff for being blind.

or they could be hiding him from the other teams, idk. What do yall think? (i bet 90% of yall will disagree with me)

He looked really good, but I think the team is stacked at that spot and really have no room for him.

This also happened with Chas McFarland who i only got to see play once. He looked pretty energetic and light on his feet for a 7 footer.

If you follow Adelman's career, he has a strong preference for players who keep their shoes on. You can find a lot of photo evidence for this if you start looking, going all the way back to Portland.

Who saw more than one game that this guy played for the Clippers?

I saw part of the one last night and he looked like a beast, with quick feet at 6'9" and 345 lbs.

I see he played in Greece and is half greek.

On the Knicks vs Pistons summer league game Amare is on, and he just said that the Rockets were recruiting him.

I should've trusted Hayesfan about Wall. I thought he may be a bit overrated having not seen a lot of him but despite the turnover issues, he is every bit as special as advertised. He definitely has the ability to be as good or better than Rose and Evans. What he potentially lacks in protecting the ball and his long-range game (which will both improve over time), he should more than be able to make up for with his slashing ability and defense. He has good shooting form and I could see this even turning into a plus skill, particularly from mid-range. His court vision is solid and his size/length allows him to pass over the top with ease. I can see him being an 8+ apg with 3+ to in his first 2 seasons.

I was at that game... the first half yes he played poorly... but not horrible

The one ref called like 8 of the 10 fouls on Cuz. Two of which were charges he incorrectly called blocks and one where he got the Yao treatment... his arms were straight up and some punk point guard caused the contact.

Even my dad, who could care less about NBA basketball was getting irritated.

Because we need a 3rd string pg. We don't need a 6th string 2. One of our biggest deficiences showed up when we lost lowry. The Dl guys that came up were really crap. Lewis looked good but Martin Budinger and Taylor are ahead of him. Battier and Ariza can drop down if necessary and Brookks and Lowry can slide over as well.He might me better than a couple of those options that still puts 7th off the bench.

    Let me ask:

Most the highlights with Hill/Patterson that I've seen shows them finishing up plays made by other guys, or getting a rebound and making a play off the rebound.

Were there plays where they created their own shot? Maybe got the ball in the post and made a play (speaking mainly about Hill on this question)

Not really, Hill was posted up a lot and that equalled failure almost every time.

    He scored off of others.

Patterson had a couple of decent post ups, but they didn't use him as much down there as Hill...he showed more on the block than Jordan did though...and maybe a year under the Ice Cream man Scola will help.

I think Pat has spent the last year working on being outside and since they focused on Jordan at the five he was playing outside again during summer league.

He has some post up skills that were not on display in the past year, but it may take him a bit to get back to doing those moves.

My observation on Jordan.. he should never put the ball on the floor. ;) At least not until he works some more with the big man coaches.
