Why does Barbosa always suck so bad against the Spurs? He reminds of of Dan Majerle going against the Rockets in the playoffs. Interestingly enough he is the Suns Assistant coach right now and was giving Barbosa some pointers.
i don't know but he's been the spurs best player since the ending of the 1st quarter. it feels like the spurs can't miss and the suns can't hit anything and yet it's only a 2 point game.
Offensive rebounding is the deciding the game for the Spurs right now.... the Suns aren't even playing well, Spurs should be up by more but they're getting out rebounded.
Spurs are shooting 20% better than Suns (53% to 33%).. They are still in the game because of offensive rebounds 13 for suns compared to only 2 for SA... Suns have attempted 11 more shots!!!
Doug Collins is the douchebag of announcers. Even if the video is showing that refs were blatantly wrong, Doug will justify the bad call. Get a backbone douche. And be for original. For once.
Spurs letting the Suns stay in the game... Ginobili isn't playing well though... I look for him to play better in the 2nd half.
So Nash can blatantly shove Tony Parker to the floor, directly in front of the Spurs bench, before nailing a three - but Dajuan Blair can't even contest Nash, a 90% FT shooter, on a ball he doesn't even have possession of. This league is so pathetic sometimes.
Even though it's Joey Crawford, I haven't seen any calls that are so blatantly obvious for the Suns. It seems quite fair.
I take it you missed, on two occasions, Nash using his off arm to shove Tony Parker to the floor before firing in a trey.
Are you ****ing ****ting me? This whole ******* quarter went to the Suns.... Duncan had a questionable call... a three second violation (which could've easily been called on Stoudemire TWICE from my perspective)... offensive foul on Ginobili while a Suns player was impeding his space... I can list some more if you would like. The Nash shoves (which were almost back to back) were so blatant and right in front of the refs. Doesn't surprise me though, Joey ****ing Crawford.
Was Grant Hill's offensive foul a good call? His arm was still within his space below the shoulders. There was no extension to shield the defender's arm. What about Ginobili dribbling the ball out of bounds with his forehead when Nash deflected his dribble? There's bad calls on both sides.
Bull ****. That was an offensive foul on Hill, he lowered his off arm into the defender... The Spurs have gotten away with a few things... but not as much as the Suns have... it's not even close. I'm not one to complain about the refs, but this is some bull ****.
Good point, I had almost forgotten about the first Duncan call. On Duncan's third "foul" - on the attempted Stoudemire dunk - I'm not sure if he even came within a foot of Stoudemire's arm. Classic Joey.
