When you have a guy like Ginobili elbowing him deliberately in the lower back, it doesn't help.

I'm not saying that the Spurs are going after him, and there was no evidence of that being the case on the Duncan elbow, but I wouldn't rule it out, in general.

I don't know if there is anywhere to see the Ginobili elbow from last game but it looked as dirty of a play as I've seen in the playoffs.

Maybe Bowen's tactics rubbed off on his teammates.

yep saw that, i was pretty surprised the ref didnt call it. And Blair was bulldozing the suns for the offensive rebounds and refs didnt call them neither lol....

I think it's because he's as soft as Dirk when it comes to playing basketball.

If a player is good at it, he can make a dirty play/cheap shot look innocent.

when you try to do something that you know nothing about, bad things are likely to happen

in this case Nash trying to play D, his reward is 6 stitches

There was another play last game when Ginobili clearly put his shoulder down while making a cut without the ball and bulldozed into Richardson.

The refs called a foul on Richardson.

Yea, the Celtics-Cavs game was all kind of physcial, too.

There was once sequence where a Celtic player got blatantly hacked at one end, no call, then Shaq got completey hacked at the other end, no call. It was pretty ridiculous.

Nice 3 in transition there. Man, Nash is cold-blooded.

Of course not. Deliberately charging elbow-first into Nash's balky lower back from behind while running at full speed is a completely clean play. It happens all the time.

Did you even see that play?

Or the one where Ginobili charged full speed into Richardson and checked him to the ground?

The Nash photoshops after this game are going to be epic.

I'd love to see this play that you're referencing practically in every other post. I know Ginobili has tricks up his sleeve but I'd like to see this clip of the last game to see the dirtiness that is Manu.

It wouldnt be a Spurs/Suns series w/o Nash getting his face smashed in.
