There are others who are not Rockets fans , it is NOT A REQUIREMENT to be on this forum . I live in Houston , i like to talk about life , sports , etc..........
well which nba team do you like then? you got to like an nba team to be a fan of the nba you know, you have to have a team that you consistently root for, that is what a sports fan is you know
thats the most absurd thing i have read today you can be a fan of the NBA and basketball and not openly root for a particular team. People can choose to just sit back and just enjoy playoff basketball or cheer for their favorite players but they dont need to cheer for a team. Also anyone can join this forum its not exclusive to Rockets fans, if anything some of the best posters on here rarely post in the GARM or are fans of other teams.
okay then why whenver i choose to root for the jazz or lakers do i get harrassed by rocket fanboys eho hate the jazz/lakers? if this furom allows anyone to join regardless of wheter they like the rockets or not why cant i freely support the lakers or jazz on in the nba dish of this site?
anyone can join and support their team but given the history between the primary focus of this forum (the houston rockets) and those teams you better expect people to get mad at your posts especially with a user name "Rocket94-95" go ahead and join lakersground with a user name Lakersback2back and talk about how much you think the Cavs and Celtics are great and see how civil they will be towards you. In fact on many other boards I have seen fans of other teams banned just because they support the other team. There are plenty of lakers fans here (goodbug is one that comes to mind) but if you are going to come off with trollish posts and a username that supposedly means you are are Rockets fan, what else did you expect? As for choosing to root for the jazz or lakers. no true Rockets fan would ever do that if anything that would mean you're just a fan of the NBA not of a particular team. I dont hate the lakers as much as other posters here do (and I live in Los Angeles having to deal with a lot of their "fans") but I sure as hell wont root for them. There is a difference just think about it before you start trolling again
I really don't understand how the Jazz has maintained this. Seems like at home you can't touch their guys but they are allowed to do whatever.
You'd be more appreciated on an ESPN board for Lakers and Jazz fans. Loyalty to the Rockets is something that this board is about. Get off the ship if you were never part of the crew. Who in their right mind goes for the Lakers, Jazz along with the Rockets? THIS IS A ROCKETS FAN SITE. The exception to the rule is Nuggets4....He understands basketball and has been here for a long, long time.
How can you have a name Rockets94-95 and be a JAZZ and LAKERS fan? WTF .... thanx god the world is endin ..2012.
