That shot right there encapsulates everything Kobe. He's played incredible.

Yet he has to rub it in a liiiiiittle bit with a shoulder tap on the opposing coach.

Enough to make you acknowledge his greatness. Actions that make you want to kick his arrogant ass.

Lakers vs. Celtics is going to be a great Finals. The Magic vs. Suns would have been the most entertaining, but this one should be good, too.

say that when kobe beats boston. It is one thing to do it to phoenix, its another thing to do it to boston which I doubt he will.

I want to say it again: Kobe is still the best player!

Kobe's ability to make difficult shot is probably the best in the game, but the overall better player is still LeBron James.

Put this scenario into perspective: if Artest did not hit that game winner, and the Lakers went on to lose the series 4-2 to the Suns, his reputation would be tarnished. But, once again, Kobe has teammates that are capable of bailing him out.

I hope the Celtics can play some defense on Kobe. The PHX Suns are terrible. Lakers probably shot 50% this series. They really need to put an asterisk on defense like this.

    Good game for LA.

Just like ORL was unprepared for Robinson's offense, the Suns were not prepared for Artest's offense.

Story of the game: LA too tall for PHX, which lead to offensive rebounds out the wazoo. Kobe going off, and Artest going off.

Aside: Such a discrepancy between # of titles: Celts (17), Lakers (15), Bulls (6).

Looks like it is almost unfair, lol.

Artest will be happy to oblige in the locker room.

Odom really came up big with those O. rebounds.... who knows what could've happened if the Suns had an opportunity to tie the game.

    Yeah, seriously.

It's one thing to celebrate with your team on your side of the floor, but you really shouldn't do anything to the opposing team at all.

Who knows what would've happened if not for that ridiculous Gasol trade?

Kobe was 1st round fodder or missed the playoffs entirely for a few years.

When Frye outrebound the entire starting 5, you know how bad the Suns' rebounds were!

The defense on Kobe today was excellent by PHX. It was just amazing offense by Kobe. Celtics won't be able to do much more to prevent Kobe from getting the shots he got to day off, which weren't even good looks.

News Flash: Alvin Gentry had to excuse himself and return to the locker room to clean an unidentified off-white stain on the crotch area of his slacks, which appeared moments after Kobe Bryant tapped him on the ass following his improbable jumper over Grant Hill.

Kobe probably would demand a trade, which would have been honored.

Wasn't he desiring Chicago as a landing spot?

Chicago would be so good right now.
