    LOL

Suns shoot 32 free throws, Lakers shoot 13

I guess they needed the revenue from a longer WCF.

At least 10 of those were from last minute fouls where Lakers try to get more possessions.

Don't try to use logic with Faker fans. Can you believe the nerve of them questioning the refs when refs have been responsible for at least two of their championships?

Man... the second quarter of game 4 was an awesome display of scoring from both teams. Well kobe and the suns bench I mean. That was very entertaining to watch.

or maybe one team attacked the basket while the other passed the ball around the perimeter.

I was talking about the Lakers players stepping up, not for Kobe to get better players on the roster. Well no ****... if you take Nash away, the Suns would've been swept by now. The point I'm trying to make here is that he great players on his team (Odom, Artest) that haven't stepped up. Sure, part of that has to do with the defense that the Suns are playing, but you don't have two bad games in a row. I don't know if it had to do with just playing on the road... but if Odom and Artest don't get at least 12-15ppg in their next two games... I don't see how they'll win either of them (and that's assuming Kobe gets his usual numbers in this series and the same with Gasol). Fisher has been the only real consistent shooter for them...

I would think if Farmar or Brown play like they did in games 3 and 4, Phil will go to Vujacic and Powell... they need at least 25-30 from that bench. I also don't see the effort at times... you'll see a Suns shooter open and nobody on that Lakers team will go out to contest the shot. It''s not like the Lakers are playing good D to begin with, the Suns have shot the ball pretty good in all 4 games. I've just never seen a team who was so vulnerable to one defensive scheme for 2 straight games.

    Artest had 13.
    Odom had 15.

    Just sayin'.

What I think is pretty odd about this game: contrary to most of the pundit comments, the Suns did *not* have a great shooting game really. All the highlights show these 3-pointers, but the team was only 11 of 30. That's okay but not red hot. The Lakers shot almost the same percentage, 9 of 28.

It was closer to 20 to 13 until the end of the 4th where the Lakers fouled for fun.

The Suns attacked a lot more than the Lakers but the refs generally let the players play

True... but honestly... those were the most quietest points IMO. All I saw out there were bricks from Odom and Artest. Maybe what I'm trying to get at is that with all the open shots that Artest and Odom had, they should have shot the ball better or taken it inside aggressively enough to get to the line.

11-30 wasn't too bad.. it was really right below their season average. I was just speaking about the FG% mostly.. they've been close to 50% in all the games and so has LA.. but LA was able to hold PHX to less than 30 pt quarters in game 1 and then PHX just started to get those quarters back in games 2, 3, and 4.

    ROFLMAO...that is funny.......

    Two ways to beat it:

Dribble penetration to the high post......for the midrange, and hit the 3s.

Last year Trevor was NAILS on 3s........in the post season.....

    Ron Artest....BWAHAHAHAHAHAH !

I just don't see what Fisher and Artest are doing out there. When left wide open, they sit there and wait for the defense to come to them instead of attacking. Either take the 3 while you're open or drive. Then when they cut off your driving lane pass the ball.

Ray Allen and Paul Pierce would destroy this zone.

You mean Odom and Artest. Fisher, at least from my view, is taking the shots he's getting or passing it up because of a close out from the defense (he can't drive.. Artest has a better shot at driving and creating something).

Ray Allen and Paul Pierce would surely destroy this zone... Ray Allen would probably have a field day shooting up 3's. They also have Robinson, Wallace, and Finley to hit 3's. Garnett is a great mid-range shooter too, and Rondo has really improved his outside shot. Rondo can break the zone too with his penetrating (he's probably the best in the playoffs right now at penetrating the lane).

Very odd. I still think the Suns have a legitimate chance of taking this series. Game 7s, when they get to that point, are scary--unles Phil has hired Bavetta and Crawford to take over.

Also, where is the turd who said "Lakers 4-1. Book it." GTFO!

No, i meant Fisher. He would catch the ball, think about shooting another 3, realize it was a bad shot, then wait for the suns defense to get reset. And, it's not about driving all the way to the rim. You just need to disrupt that zone and get them moving. There's no excuse. Luke Walton is slow as molasses. If he can drive and dish, anyone can.

Why do you have to bring up the refs now just because of the Lakers history when they 3peated? The refs have pretty much played with the Suns style which is to let contact go... why would it be any different now after 4 games and 4 different officiating crews? If the Lakers win, in how many ever games, it won't be because of the officiating.

I didn't really see Fisher do that as much as I saw Artest and Odom. But, that might have been because he was actually hitting some shots from the perimeter. Luke Walton will probably get more mins though if Brown and Farmar don't step up. They don't really have a legit back up for Artest.

Did you even watch the game? The Suns attacked all night while the Lakers passed the ball around the perimeter and shot a lot of long two-point jumpers. Plus there were intentional fouls in the last minute, sending Phoenix to the line.

Suns shot 74 free throws last two games, Lakers 33. Funny how the Suns barely outshot the Lakers in 3 last night, have taken only 10 more threes than the Lakers, but shot worse in both games than the Lakers and yet have more than twice the amount of free throws attempted.
