That would be a nice NBA Finals, one of the greatest defensive teams ever vs. the best high flying offense of the decade. I think it is very possible, if LA falls tonight and game 5. If the Suns can somehow steal one in Laker land. I believe they have good chance of winning series, even it goes 7.
the suns bench is an incredible unit at times. 30 bench points in the 2nd quarter alone? that's pretty impressive. also, it seems the lakers thought the series was over after the first 2 games. there hasn't been any urgency these last 2 games. they're still the biggest "flip the switch" team in the league. if they even beat phoenix, they'll be in a for a rude awakening against boston.
This officiating crew has been allowing more physical play all game. It's nice to see that type of basketball being played. Phoenix is playing more physical, scrappier, and they're more aggressive so they're getting the benefit of the calls against the Lakers. Also it being home court, Phoenix has the advantage. That was a blown call, but it seems they're allowing physical play today.
It's great to see the suns trying to come back in this series. I did not expect this at all, I expected the Lakers to run right over the Suns because of their lack of defense.
