thats the kind of crap i hate from espn. Kobe gets ripped hardcore (and beautifully, I might add) by dudley, yet before they break, they show 6 replays of the lakers scoring, and end the sequence with a good ol kobe point the finger at his teammate. As a basketball fan, wouldn't you want to see a defensive steal in a 1 on 1 match-up against arguably one of the greatest offensive players of all time? \end rant
A strip of the ball is not a highlight play..... Maybe if it was a block when a player was going hard to the rim... they never give more than 1 or 2 replays on those kinds of plays.
"We gotta play like I used to in the Projects, in Queens, you know what I mean, Craig?" (paraphrase) Ya gotta luv Crazy Ronnie.
this wasn't just a strip of the ball. This was one on one with Kobe trying to showboat at the top of the key and he got ripped. You heard the announcer say it, he tried to dribble through his legs 6 times. I agree, driving in the lane, and getting stripped is uneventful. But this was different. btw, is kobe pointing at his teammate more eventful?
Is it just me or am I just seeing things. Every time a Laker touches the ball they are fouled and they seem to never commit a foul on the other end. Its really annoying watching Fisher, Bryant, and Pau's antics.
lol ok. glad i got to see his killer instinct mode. don't get me wrong, as a basketball fan, watching kobe at times is a pleasure, but those times are not when hes pointing, its when hes made incredible plays.
Bahh, my fault (no pun intended). Too many acronyms in my life. And idk. Again, the dunk led to a cool dunk. And you'd think, instead of all LA highlights before the commercial, there'd be the strip by Dudley thrown in. I mean, 3 LA clips to 1 PHX clip is a lot better than all LA clips. But whatever.
You're seeing things. If anything, the Suns have gotten more favorable calls here in game 2 than the Lakers have had. Both teams have been aggressive in going to the rack... the fouls are even, the FTs are even.
