Nash was looking to shoot that ball the last 2 possessions. Doesn't look like he has much faith in his team-mates, or else the Lakers were playing too good D.
And it wasn't even all that great. <object width="640" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/wq8soCn9_kw&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/wq8soCn9_kw&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="385"></embed></object> Looks like the Suns bench came to play. I hope Alvin Gentry notices the increased freedom of movement they have with Hill and Lopez off the floor. He needs shooters out there.
The Suns could be winning this game, easily. If they had a better defense, not necessarily taller players or better defenders. If this team over the years could've put forth a little more effort on the defensive end, they could've easily gotten to the Finals. They might make this a competitive series, but they won't win because their defense ... just stinks, like a moldy cheese stuck in dog's butt.
