uhh... thunder have only 5 TOs and like 16 more ft attempts. and the home crowd helps. westbrook is really the thunder's heart and soul btw.
Westbrook is there most valuable player in my opinion. He's the best passer on the team obviously and once he develops a shot, he will be there best scorer. And his defense is up there too.
you forget their defense bro. that's why they're in this game also. the thunder had one of the best defenses in the L. i think the all-around game is something you just have. melo has still not developed that. he remains purely a scorer on the offensive end. guys like wade and bron came into the L with the all-around package. this is why i doubt KD could ever develop that type of all-around game.
Understood, obviously the free throws and limiting extra possessions has kept OKC in it despite the shooting. I just can't ever remember seeing a game like this where from the field, literally everything is going the Lakers way - they couldn't have hoped for better than this in their wildest dreams - yet they're down with 2:45 to go. Crazy.
this is why you love sports. watching the game, it does seem like everything is going the lakers' way. and they were up by 7 just like a minute ago. and bam, they're losing. man now i miss the rockets in the playoffs
Kobe takes some of the dumbest shots when the game gets close. A fadeaway jumper over a 6'10 guy that has a 7'5 wingspan. He does this everytime down the stretch of a close game. Just takes stupid jumpshots. Sure he is capable of making them but this is why I'd rather have LeBron in the last 5 minutes of a game.
