Before the season I said that series gave people the wrong idea of how the Rockets would be without Yao. A lot of people thought the playoffs was a guarantee but I knew it would be a struggle. Even earlier in this thread after Game 1 we had people saying the Rockets would have given the Lakers more trouble. I knew the Thunder would eventually calm down and make this a series and the Lakers are trying they are just struggling.
Yea ...I think the writing is on the wall . Jeff Green is not an assertive player. Hopefully , he can be the first guy off the bench.
Odom is the x-factor on the team. When he plays like he did last year against Orlando they are just about impossible to beat. He has to be more consistent.
There was a game earlier in the year where Ibaka's constant physicality and pounding took the fight out of Amare. I wonder if he's doing the same thing to Odom this series.
It was not about lakers without sense of urgency. Instead, it was about rockets players without sense of inferiority.
