    Gentlemen (and Ladies),

Please ignore the troll and do not allow him to bait you into responding. Let's keep the thread on target and not allow it to disintegrate into name-calling towards this juvenile. Especially after the last game, we have a lot of Thunder vs Lakers to talk about. Don't allow anyone to hijack the thread. I don't know if the mods will care enough to cut him off. But just in case, please don't reply to his babbling because that is exactly what he wants you to do. The post I'm replying to now is such an obvious troll it isn't funny.

Everyone is free to ignore what I just said, but it would be a shame to let someone distract from the legit basketball discussion and make himself the discussion instead. Please also don't reply to this post.

I have to agree with this. LeBron is an all around player... he has everything. Durant is not a facilitator, and you can't just learn how to facilitate. It has to be something that you already have... that separates him and LeBron. Really, LeBron could lead the league in scoring every season if he wanted to like he said... I just think Durant is a scorer (much like Carmelo)... he'll surely be a great player though in this league for many years to come.

i understand what your saying. but on top of being a great bball player lebron had a body that was unmatched. durant in the next few years will get a little stronger and i think that may help him a lot. but really we are comparing a porsche and a ferrari you cant really go wrong with either. and the rockets cant afford either, they are gunning for a lexus or infiniti this offseason

your right. good thing durant has one bad ass point guard. and doesnt need to do it all like lebron. if the thunder get a really good PF or C im scared for the rockets for a long long time.

Naw, the Rockets are gonna go after a BMW or Mercedes in the off season.

And no, just because they are German, I am not implying we are gonna go after Dirk!

Rockets94-95 would wet himself if Dirk was in a Rockets Uniform, LOL!

    Git this troll outta here!

So what was the point of drafting Harden if he sucks defensively?

They should have drafted Curry if that was the case.

Becoming a big fan of Ibaka.. I think this guy has a huge future... I think I would vote for Green coming off the bench or something and the Thunder getting a C this summer. If Harden still can't improve his defense, then he should just train his shooting like crazy this offseason. With Thabo coming off the bench, whenever defense is really needed.

    PG: Westbrook/ Maynor
    SG: Harden/ Thabo
    SF: Durant/ Green
    PF: Ibaka/ Green
    C: Signed center/ Collison/ whoever

I hope Sam Presti is truly a genius and gets what this team really needs this offseason.

I heard that if Daniel Orton from Kentucky is still on the board by their (Thunder) 20th pick, that's who they'll select in this draft...

    Starters:
    6'3 Westbrook-21 yrs old
    6'5 Harden-20 yrs old
    6'10 Durant-21 yrs old
    6'10 Ibaka-20 yrs old
    6'11 Orton-19yrs old

    ... SMH

There's no way OK City loses this series.

This might surprise you but most rookies "suck" defensively and get abused by superstars. The Thunder didn't draft a PG because they already had Westbrook.

Harden demonstrated a lot this season, but it remains to be seen how much he will improve in the future. He's an ideal 6th man type of player.

It'll be over in 5. I don't think LA is going to take OKC lightly anymore. Lakers bench has yet to show up and the Lakers game plan on offense isn't working. They know they have to use Gasol and Bynum to win, I'm sure they'll adjust soon enough.

Then why is your moniker Rocket 94-95? Are you mentally challenged? If so I apologize.

I think he's a child/teenager. Because at that age you're naive and excited about every team and don't know any better. You root for whatever team you like, for whatever reason. Give him about 5 years and I think he'll be ok.

    That, or he's a troll.

Clearly judging from last year's series against the Rockets you can conclude that the Lakers always show up in the playoffs.
