I hope you aren't suggesting this will be a 3-2 series win for the Lakers. If you are, 2003 called: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2003_NBA_Playoffs.

"This postseason was notable for being the first time all series were conducted in a best-of-7 format."

    Fail?

In his scenario, the Lakers win 4-1.

    Read closely.

Point, you. I thought he meant "split" as in two wins for each home team. Man, it's been a long day. I was just having some with it anyway. Yikes.

i agree. durant is too good. no playoff exp or not. he is just too good. and the thunder's pg advantage will play into it as well. youth will barely lose out to the vets in this one.

I hate to say this but the size of L.A's front court is going to guide them through the series. Thunders have the heart but they are going to need at least one decent inside garbageman to match up with the fakers.

Lakers in 6. The Lakers will scrub it up just like they did last year. I have zero faith in the Lakers to be consistently dominant. They'll take games off and get punished for it.

But the Thunder just wont have enough to take the series sadly.

i am going with lakers in 6, like someone said they will take some games off and durant and the thunder will really bring it every game, but when push comes to shove i dont see how the thunders lake of experience can be overcome.

westbrook will wreck on fisher, i hope fisher looks like a fool during this series. the matchup between artest and durant will be interesting, i wonder how long it takes before artest starts trying to play mind games since it wont take long for durant to start pwning him.

I really hope the Thunder can find a way to beat the Lakers! That would be epic.

I say fakers in probably 4 but maybe 5. I hate them more than anyone on this board but they're too tall and skilled for Oklahoma City. I like Durant as the best player beside Lebron James but he's not going to get it done with a decent but over-matched team.
