yea, even though durant has scored, artest has forced durant into a couple bad turnover all by himself on a couple possessions.
watching every possession, you can see durant almost always hesitates when he has to iso v. artest. he would pass the ball and be back on the move. v. kobe/odom or other defenders, he wants to iso them. and barkley is saying what i'm saying: KOBE, PASS THE BALL AND YOU WILL SWEEP THIS SERIES.
Take your own advice. If Jeff Green and Thabo weren't completely choking, the Thunder would be ahead much more. I don't think they will win this game, but hopefully they can keep it close until the end.

Not impressed by the Lakers at all. Right now, Dallas is the best team in the West. Lakers have not been very good the last 1/5th of the season and they still look off.
after kobe struggles a few more games, expect a little talk from phil jackson to emphasize the big men again. then expect them to look dominant again. kobe shooting in the 30s% is the reason the lakers' opponents are staying in the game.
The point wasn't about respecting the player's game. It was about calling him a "rapist." It's not right to just call someone a rapist for no reason. Hate on the guy all you want... but refrain from calling him a rapist. That's almost like me calling any black player in the NBA that I dislike the N word.
artest's defense has been pretty much stellar. it's not always him guarding durant. Players switch. Durant has also gotten points on fast breaks.
Phil Jackson will make adjustment during the breaks. Expect Bynum and Gasol to see more balls in the 2nd half. Kobe trying hard to lose the game by proving he is better than Durant but in the end his team is simply too talented for the Thunder. Lakers will win more than 10 points.
I have to agree with this. I said it earlier, if they pass to Bynum and Gasol more... this game wouldn't be close. Durant could score as much as he wanted and they'd still lose by 10+. They need to get back to their game plan. I think they'll be fine in the 2nd half, but they can't get away with this in 2nd round if they advance. They're still the best team in the west, but they need to play their game.

Immature, but I lol'd. Durant hasn't even heated up yet. Durant + the ability to draw fouls = Lakers' big men efficiency. It depends on which one shows itself first.
who cares how soft gasol can be at times, the lakers need to DEMAND him to take 20 shots regardless. if he takes 20 shots a game, it's going to be very tough to stay close with the lakers.
