Does anyone just start laughing when Artest starts being Artest on offense? It's now unspeakably awful.
the lakers' ability to do nothing until the shotclock is at 5 has been amazing in this series. it's like they just chill and go "oh crap, we've just been standing here for 20 seconds" and then throw up a shot. and on way too regular of a basis.
i have no idea how he's shooting 40% in the playoffs. it feels like he's in the mid-20's. if kobe wasn't on fire from 3 he would be having a pretty bad game. hasn't been overly aggressive in terms of creating, has 5 TO's, and is 3-9 on 2's. he's just on fire now from 3 land.
tony allen seems to have an incredible lack of fine motor skills. he loses the ball all the time with no one hitting it, his shot is terrible, and he just threw that last pass about 10 feet too long, otherwise boston has an easy layup to end the quarter.
i thought phil made a mistake by playing kobe all but one minute in the 2nd half of game 3. i hope he plans on giving him some rest at some point.
