Pierce was barreling down the lane, and was turning back to pass so inadvertently his shoulder's down, and he was sort of falling. Kobe was also already falling back past his heels, but it was excessive, though unavoidable, contact on Pierce.
So Allen is what, 1-for-19 over the last 1.5 games? I've also seen him play a role in 2 blown 2-on-1 fast breaks in that stretch and I've only been tuning in occasionally.
Breen's lame ass needs some new anecdotes. He tells that story every other game and probably in games that don't even involve the Lakers or Jazz.
yeah, kobe wasn't completely set, but he was close and pierce ran straight through his chest and wasn't particularly in control. you don't have to be completely set if the guy hits you square on.
Best officiated game of the Finals by far. Hope they keep letting 'em play. Outside of that bogus call on 'Sheed (which they should have evened out with a makeup call) and the "charge" on Pierce (due to Kobe's flop), I have no complaints.
dude is sucking right now period. i don't know why keep running 3pt plays for him on the perimeter. that's not how you get a guy who's struggling with his jumper going again.
Fisher man, dominated game 3 in the 4th, helped turn the series around. did the same last year against Orlando, that clutch/big league 3
aren't these games broadcast to like 180+ countries? the rest of the world must think americans are frickin blind
they need the celtics to win this game. in order for the series to go 7. fewer calls benefits boston. im not complaining tho. go boston.
