He's half right. If your best player is too hard on you, that will distance you from having a good rapport with him, thereby discouraging you, somewhat. Of course, you have to let your teammates know what they did wrong, but you can't become a jerk (mildly stating) either.
If it ain't KG and Pierce sucking, it's Allen and Pierce. Rondo obviously not a guy who you're gonna say "We'll put the ball in your hands, shoot it/us back into it". And Kendrick, well, cant expect much from him either.
