Can we revitalize the whole "who is the best Laker" thing again?

pierce is playing like a scrub again. dude is mad inconsistent.

but you have to admit the lakers' LENGTH is disrupting those layups.

    From Simmons' chat just now:

"Little known fact: Boston's end of the quarter offense is called "The Clogged Toilet."

5 for Bryant. Wow. If I'm Boston, I'm attacking him from now on

i really want kobe to foul out, and the lakers win the game. that would be funny.

that's a no call. davis moved up under kobe and there wasn't much contact to really warrant a block or charge. call fewer fouls guys. every possession doesn't require a whistle.

It would be funny for the Kobe nuthuggers if Pau wins the Finals MVP. Kinda puts a kink in the Kobe is the greatest argument.

I do think that was a goaltend, but that's as clear an example of letting a team/crowd make a call for you as I've ever seen. Why can't the ref, say, a foot away from the play recognize that on his own?

Last charge on Kobe was . . . suspect

this series is being called way too tight, this is ridiculous. I hope Stern discusses with the refs going to game 3.

No way in hell do they foul him out.

Edit: So with how tight this game has been called, Big Baby wasn't fouled on any of those attempts?

lakers' length/big men will be the reason why the lakers win this series.

stern wouldn't allow that to happen unless he has like 3 BAD games. this is his first bad game.

even going 1 on 1 you'd think they could get better shots. they seem to dribble in one place and then get stuck flat footed and throw up a terrible shot all the time.

How much I would've paid to see Nate Robinson dunk on Vujacic there...

Robinson with a three when it was absolutely necessary.

    Davis with the hustle.

I'm really loving the Boston bench!!

That's the only reason why they are here, actually.

If they didn't have length, OKC would have knocked them out in the first round.
