He's already proven it, imo. Williams was a walking foul. Scalabrine actually played decent defense for ONE possession. ONE more than Williams.
If Ray Allan wasn't playing such great defense on Kobe he would be sitting on the bench because of his shooting. At least he's not forcing shots like Kobe.
Gasol for Finals MVP if Lakers win. Kobe has played like crap this game; the one game that matters most. Unless he goes off 10-10 in the fourth, it's Gasol's to lose. Rondo for FMVP if Celtics win.
I am sorry but those past few fouls on Davis are complete stupid. They have been letting Allen, Pierce, Artest, Gasol get away with a lot more than that all game and they are calling touch fouls on Davis because he does not have the name. All in all. This is not basketball. This is a rugby match.
Artest...I bashed him game 5, but this game he has bought it. Scoring in the paint, very very active on defense, only problem is he takes open 3s (which he bricks) but he's helping his team in multiple other areas tonight.
it's the 4th and neither have cracked 60 pts yet...sphincters are getting tight amongst those 2 teams
