cavs finishing strong. with a chance to cut it to 2 they run a terrible play for mo williams to take a contested 3 (like he's going to make that), ray allen hits a ridiculous 3, lebron goes 1/2, the cavs give up another layup, and then commit a stupid loose ball foul.

Clearly LeBron's elbow is hurting and he can't shoot. The Cavs offense just crashes without him putting up a boatload of shots and dominating the ball. They can only score in spurts.

The Celts just need to be methodical and their bigs must stop fouling (seemingly) every other possession. The Celts have zero excuses if they lose. It's on a platter for them to take.

Funny how when the Cavs, a 60+ win team, starts to look weak in the playoffs, it's because LeBron's supporting cast sucks. People were singing the same tune last year when the Cavs lost to Orlando.

If the Cavs do not win this game, I don't think they can beat the Cavs at home in game 6.

Wouldn't be a good idea to touch Allen right now, 3rd degree burns are likely.

i don't know what his elbow feels like, but somehow he had games 1 and 3, largely through just being aggressive. even the end of the first half was just him being aggressive and getting to the line. so whether or not he can shoot, being aggressive seems to always work out. standing around and taking it easy hasn't in games 2, 4, or 5.

and the cavs look like they've just quit to start the 2nd half. no effort on the boards and 2 straight 3's given up as a result.

is lebron just going to exclusively shoot really long 2's? shoot a ****ing 3 if you're going to be that far out. if he has one big weakness this is it. he should get an electric shock every time he takes a 22 footer.

the celtics have all sorts of confidence going now, mo williams still sucks, lebron is bricking long 2's, and the cavs are already in the penalty. stick a fork in the cavs.

This is embarrasing. Is this LeBron's last game in Cleveland?

Damn...any chance Boston can knock off LA?

I have a coworker that's completely incompetent, but they are a friend so I don't say anything. I just stew in silence at having to pick up the slack.

That's how Lebron looks to me, like he resents people expecting him to stay in Cleveland when his team and his coach suck. DWade has the same body language. They give forth maximum effort and say all the right things, but the passion isn't there.

They both need to find new teams, Cleveland and Miami don't deserve them.

the cavs are lucky they're not storming the court and beating them senseless. 2 straight eggs laid on a homecourt for a team that doesn't lose many home games. not sure why mo williams is giving rondo the layup off the garnett pass instead of staying between him and the basket and forcing rondo to shoot. cavs just look lost like a 60 win team shouldn't. the cavs supporting cast doesn't look terrible on paper but when lebron isn't lebron, they get nothing done.

True, I just don't think they can beat LA. They haven't fixed any of the issues they faced with LA last year, the main one being Howard's ability to be held without a double team.
