Rajon Rondo is playing out of his mind this series.

It's been fun watching Rondo, Nash, and Williams do their thing.

If Rubio ever comes to the NBA, he and Wall, along with Williams, Paul, Rondo, Rose, etc. will be amazing.

I don't think there's any argument IMHO. He's ridiculously good.

Cavs can't buy a jump shot today. It's ugly.

    Jeez, LeBron! What happened?

    Where'd your shooting touch go?

Has been saying all year long Rondo was a damn good player.

Game is still in Lebron area though, where he can just go off and win the game alone.

Without Rondo, Pierce would be iso-ing everyone on every possession.

The Celtics can get to the playoffs without Rondo; but they aren't championship contenders without him.

Good lord, I have never ever seen the Cavs complain so much. It's like every play they're throwing their hands up at the refs.

No doubt. This series I'd rate the Celts players:

    1. Rondo

    2. Allen/Garnet

    3. Pierce

It's basically been a LBJ vs Rondo series. Forget everybody else.

So would Rondo count as a high basketball IQ player?

Dissapointed in LeBron, didn´t even try to overtake the game.
Rondo is the best Celtics player right now, hands down.

I don't like the Celtics, but Rajan Rondo, the rump of so many putdowns here a couple of years ago, has now shut up the doubters. Major props to him for getting better every year, even after signing the long-term contract last summer. His 5yrs/$55MM is a steal for the Celts. I can only imagine how sore Mo Williams' rear end is right now.

How many here would still keep AB over Rondo?

He seems to be one of those players that are so quiet in the game, that at the end, you're like, "Wait, he got a triple-double?"

At the end, he didn't even try to pump up the crowd, or ask Doc if he could come out for a standing O.

Great kid, outstanding talent. Slowly becoming one of the best PGs in the game.

    Jason Kidd-lite.

You really can't compare the two.

AB is a shooter; you pass him the ball when there is .6 seconds left for the GW shot.

You can't do the same with Rondo.

All I know is that Rajon Rondo has been the best point guard in these playoffs bar none!

It's safe to say I would put him above even Deron Williams and Steve Nash.

Dude puts up a triple double like it's nothing!

Rondo can get the same amount of points with layups/ midrange, but he is so much better at playmaking and controlling the flow of a game. He makes everybody around him better. Rondo is also way better in rebounding and defending. If AB has a bad day and can´t hit his shots, he´s pretty much useless. On the other hand, Rondo will always bring his stats and help the team.
