A travel is when you don't dribble the ball... I believe he dribbled the ball to the rack after he got up. You can't get called for traveling if you're just getting up off of the floor.

So I see an article on NBA. com about Matt Barnes on Paul, so midway through the 2nd quarter I check the box score. Paul Piece 9 points, yeah uh huh

I'd hate to play for Stan Van Gundy. The guy is a nervous wreck like no other. He emanates anxiety.

Sure, they're getting wiped off the court here but I'm talking in general.

Paul has 9 points, and you think it is because of Barnes' defense?

Paul has 9 points, because the Celtics have balanced scoring right now.

Speaking of which, Rondo needs to come back into the game. Two straight threes by Nelson and a little Orlando run = Rondo needs to change the tempo.

Um, I think his point was that Barnes isn't playing great D.

Wow, Rondo does all the little things.

Outjumped a 6'10 guy there to get an extra possession.

The whole Celtics team does all the little things.

They're hard-nosed, unselfish and execute well at both ends of the court.

The Lakers may beat them but the Celtics play a better overall brand of basketball, in my opinion.

I think the problem with the Magics is that they are trying to run their offense through their defensive player

It worked for them during the regular season, but it such a simple and one dimensional offense that practically every team in the league has figured it out

For them to have success in the playoffs, they need to have have Dwight focused on the defensive end and just do what he does best: rebounding, blocking, and maybe powering it down when he gets the offensive rebound.

They need to pick up an offensive weapon this summer that can create for himself and create for other players.

I think that was the reason VC was picked up. I look for VC, Nelson, Lewis, Barnes, Andersen to be traded for an all-star swingman this summer.

They really should have done the VC trade and resigned Hedo instead of getting Bass/Gortat.

Was gonna say a similar thing. Maybe they should have kept Hedo then.

What's to say Hedo's performance wouldn't have dropped off for the Magic too, after the last offseason when he would have gotten paid?

He'd be more useful than Bass, Barnes, and Gortat.

This is not about Hedo. Instead, it is about Rafer... ;)
