The West can't match that in terms of pure athleticism. Pretty impressive.

What lineup could the West put together, even if 100% healthy, that matches the top to bottom athleticism of that East lineup?

They have no players close to James and Howard at those positions.

Kobe is nowhere nearly as athletic as James or Wade at this point in his career.

Rondo is a freak, athletically. The West has no PGs on his level in terms of speed, leaping ability, etc... Edit: Other than Westbrook who isn't an AS yet.

I just don't see how the West can match that lineup in terms of athleticism.
