Parking lots suck. Anyway, glad to see Ching get a goal. ManU fans weren't as obnoxious as I expected.

Also, KC Wiz > All-Stars apparently.

That's cause the Wiz play as a team, and the MLS All Stars were put together.

I'll give my take on the game in a few.

It was nice to be able to cheer for DeRo again. DeRo and Ching getting goals and Davis hitting the post were about the only good things from this game.

im a bit sleepy, but i can give a few takes.

bring it back next year, I want a rematch.

Do no schedule any champions league game. I rather take a Champions League match, but this is a showcase of your best players vs the top branded team in the world.

    Open the roof.

    Great game!

Chicharito got a better ovation than Donovan!

Chicharito played great, he is going to be a nice addition to the Manchester United.

I think the game being played indoors made a difference as well. English Premier League Games aren't exactly played in the 90's which the rest of the North American Tour clearly was. The MLS was outclassed as was to be expected, but it was a GREAT event. I would argue it was the 2nd best event ever at Reliant after Texans/Cowboys. Perhaps the MLS should pull their heads out of their asses and not schedule any games the night before the game so that their best players can play 90 minutes. Tom Cleverly aka "the religion" is going to be the next great Man U star. Edwin Van der Sar and Ryan Giggs performances belied their age. The 1st 2 goals looked like Wex and I taking on Man U...kind of embarrassing.

+1 I was waiting for the ref to raise the flag. At the end ManU's defense seemed a little lax and wasn't surprised De Rosario sneaked in for a goal. All stars had several opportunities but could not pull the trigger.

Gibson's kick was beautiful to say the least.
Cleverly's goal was great effort, didn't think he could finish it.
Macheda's first goal cracked me up.

btw saw several Chelsea fans. :p

It was definitely a case of...

    1. Much better team.
    2. Bruce Arena not knowing what he's doing.
    3. Team > Players
    4. Bruce Arena being a moron.
    5. MLS players playing way too loose, Man U out to prove a point.
    6. Bruce Arena being a r****d.
    7. Did I mention... oh, I did? Well it's true.

Love your appreciation for the game. So many in the houston media discredit the sport in general. They don't understand or refuse to understand, that Houston is a melting pot and we love our futbol. That El Salvador could be playing Guatemala and 60,000 will show up.

Great game and I went to the game but at times Reliant was just too quiet for 70,000+ fans. I don't know but I got used to the vuvuzuelas in the background lol. I think I heard one person with drums and got the people into it.

 There are lots of videos out there that will prove to you he wasn't. Slow any one of those down and you will see how your eyes trick you. Here is another proof that he WASN'T OFFSIDE:

Caught it on my TV recording earlier with my iPhone's camera

    Lorenzo Wright found dead.

The best part of the game was when Charrito came into to the game, and got the loudest cheer. But 30 seconds later, Chinger scored on the free kick.

    That shut some people up.

    But that's all we got.
