The performance by Eminem, Drake, Lil Wayne was LIVE! Eminem just killed out there. Best part IMO. After MJ tribute. Just wished they didn't mute that much...

That was pretty egregious that Susan Boyle wasn't there to perform.

Beyonce did two songs she stole. Pretty funny if you asked me and her timely pause was awkward and stupid. Alanis is probably laughing her ass off on that one.

I was pissed that we had to use the Friday the 13th era red/blue glasses.

What the hell? Avatar just came out and we are using this crap that's from the 80s?

They cut out a second or two of the song, or in some cases, half of the chorus, because of one curse word. That's excessive.

She just annoys me. Maybe it's her goody-goody act, I don't know. All I do know is every time you see her on one of these shows accepting one of the 10 million awards she's received it's the same fake "OH MY GOSH, THANK YOU!! OMGZ!!! 4 REAL?? THANK U SOOOO MUCH, OMG!" routine over and over again. This is all placing aside the fact that she's not a very good singer at all. I mean, yeah...she plays guitar and writes her own songs (which is commendable), but as a singer she's about 7-8 levels below some of these people she's beating out for all these awards.

But oh well, I don't get worked up about any of this...I just think it's funny. I mean, this all started with me commenting on Andrea Bocelli and Mary J. Blige's outstanding performance (that nobody will talk about tomorrow). It's just kind of funny what all these music fans find appealing at the end of the day.

Watching the reply .. Jay Z sure looks to be enjoying the Jamie Foxx and T-Pain auto tune performance for a guy that had "Death of Auto Tune" on his record.

Looks like she showed about as much of her vagina as she could get away with to put the rumors to rest.

Very good performance with Elton John. She certainly has some talent unlike Madonna and Taylor Swift.

My wife and daughter watched a little bit last night and all I caught was that ridiculous performance of Pink singing. I was like "WTF??!!" when I saw that. The next thing you know you would see angels out there singing along with Beyonce. :p

That right there made me not want to watch any more of it (I'm especially glad I didn't see Lady Godzilla perform as she makes me want to wretch).

Isn't Taylor's audience mostly pre-pubescent girls? I don't get why she is getting all these awards so young. I mean...I could understand it if they were MTV awards. I'm sure she won several of those as well. It's a complete joke when someone like Neil Young didn't earn a grammy for 40 years (until this show and not even for a song of which he has had several deserving over the years) and, yet, look out...here comes Taylor Swift out of nowhere to win multiple awards at every awards show there is for material including a song focusing on t-shirts and skirts (I wear short shorts) that is absolutely forgettable fluff. Stevie looked stupid singing it...by the way. I'm not saying she doesn't have talent...but building her up so much so early in her career is like she has peaked or something when she is barely getting started. I was looking at all these veteran country singers she was up against in her categories and then she wins. I think a lot of those veteran country stars eyes were rolling a little bit. She is being overhyped/overrated and she has a lot to live up to in coming years imo. We're being force fed to believe she is just the best thing around. Maybe Kanye had a point?

Just because he is MJ's son, doesn't mean he can sing. (and they are probably not even blood-related, look at him)

Some of yall hating on Taylor. i must admit she didn't sound too good yesterday, but that old lady next to her was worse.

You guys quit complaining about Taylor Swift. She has her audience.
It's no different than me complaining about rap music. I don't even think it is a form of music.

the only reason he has sold so many albums is because the dumb asses that listen to him cant figure out how to download his music resulting in them having to buy his crap.
