-1, ugh. it's not what I wanted to see this morning. anyway it's better than nothing considering I hadn't been in the gym in awhile and my diet was fairly poor last week. I suppose any loss is better than none.
5.6... I expected more, but I guess I did laze about a bit this weekend. (Took the stairs this morning to start off on a good foot - 10th floor.)
184. time to get back on the wagon. Fell off the last 5 months or so ... only put on 4 actual pounds but my fitness level is shot to hell.
Lost 4 last week. Screwed myself by going out to eat to celebrate getting switched from temp to permanent and getting a raise. Still, it could be a lot worse.
started at 200 lowest this week was 197.5 (had a really good dump ) this morning was 198.5 so down 1.5 lbs so far
Lil Pun, I didn't eat too much (I ate smaller portions), played some basketball, and rewarded myself with a NICE FULL MEAL on Sunday. I still kept 3 lbs. off my previous weight. I will work out again this week to see more results and continue the decline. Yeah, I'd consider it healthy. I'm not really trying to lose weight, but I'd like to maintain, so I'll keep track of it anyway. 169.8 this morning
Started at 245. This morning weighted in at 234.5 Sometimes I feel like the scale is broken or something because I see myself the same. I guess I'm not going to notice.
223. I've gained 3 pounds, but i've been eating properly! Almost starving my self with protein shakes. =(
I weighed myself this morning. 220! I cheated a lot over the weekend, but continued to drink my water. I guess it really does make a difference.
I don't have access to a scale at the moment, but I'll venture to guess I probably gained 2-3 pounds. In-n-Out Burger grilled cheeses are addictive. But--moestavern19 and I are starting our New Years improved eating habits today!
lost one pound but i'm sure it's water retention. I'm trying to figure out other ways to exercise because going to a gym is boring. I get bored easily. I was thinking about rock climbing or learn some MMA.
I bought a heavy punching bag, and have a blast with it. I beat up on it for 30 minutes during my recovery days from leg workouts. (Too sore to run.) I'm pretty sure that the cardio is as good as running on a treadmill, and it's a lot more fun.
