I last weighed in at 169 and i doubt I've gained much over the holidays, but I'm not eating that well. Time to get back on track. Good thread. My goal is somewhere between 130 and 140, whatever feels best for me.
xcharged, it's friggin' cold, man. It's CRUSHED JAVA time. I really really thought you were going to tell me to slice off my but-tocks.
6'2 250. I'm only 20 and my high school playing weight (basketball) was 200. My goal is to be 200 by mid-year.
5'10", 37, 200lbs, 21.2% BF 18 months ago, I was 170lbs and 9% BF, so that's my goal. If I stick to it, I should be there in July or August based on past results.
4 members of my family ran a marathon on New Years day, so I decided to join them next year. Hopefully shedding some pounds will be a natural byproduct of this endeavor. Looking to get down to my pre-ACL tear weight of 175.
I use the Omron HBF-306 Body Fat Analyzer. http://www.amazon.com/Omron-HBF-306-Body-Fat-Analyzer/dp/B00006WNPU I'm sure it's not 100% accurate, but it seems to be a fair assessment. At least it's something more than pounds on a scale I can keep track of. In addition to the BF percentage, it also provides the BMI numbers, which I believe is just a formula calculation.
This is definitely helpful!! I've been eating protein and good breakfast instead of cereals. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/28301841/?pg=1#Health_PVN_EatToBurnFat

Well I weighed 350lbs (5'11, 27 years old) until 2006... On November 4th last year, I was weighing about 310lbs... Right now I'm at 290lbs and deducting... Started my "JVG" diet officially on Jan. 1... I called it that because at this point, I gotta do this very intense. I'm hoping to get to 225.
I'm in. I started last week, 6'0 256lbs. I used to work out regularly and was about 210 solid. i want to get to 190.
A little tip I found today: If you have an iPhone and want a really simple but very thorough calorie counter, add the LIVESTRONG app. It's free, it has a ton of food in its database, and it's easy to use.
