well, it's good for know you're slimming down I have also made a lifestyle change, and busting my ass 7 days a week at the gym. good luck, and god speed!
Was back down to 184. Jogged 10 miles last week. Haven't been able to exercise that much though past few days because I have a fever.
Dang, back to 214.4. I guess that's not bad for not working out for almost the last month (plus a business trip in the middle with all meals expensable).
I've lost 5 lbs in about a month. Yeah, slow progress, but I'm not looking for overnight results, just a conscious awareness of what I eat and an effort to increase exercise when and where I can. Right direction so far... props to any of you making an effort. It's not easy to change old habits.
5 lbs a month is actually quite good, 1 lb a week means decreasing 500 calories a day, nothing to be concerned about, 5 lbs a month means 60 lbs a year keep it up
I started thinking that I would start posting my stats as it would give me more motivation to tone up.. well I just found out last Tuesday that my Husband and I will be expecting our 1st baby in December so I will have to wait until after then. Great Job for everyone that is losing weight!!
I'm still running and working out to Jill Michaels DVDs 3 times a week but I'm very inconsistent so it'll take me a while before I see some toning in my waist and hip area. Dang, school and work! WOo woo, congratulations!!!
2-27-09 Weight: 236.4 Muscle: 35% Bodyfat: 27% 4-9-09 Weight: 229 Muscle: 35.2% Bodyfat: 26.8% I haven't been hitting the weights enough, but I'm training for the MS150 so its logical I would shed a little bit of muscle.
