I'm not on the spreadsheet (I got a scale too late), but I'm down to 215.4(This morning) from 246 last June.

Hoping to drop another 15 still, and gain abs.

so I stopped posting a week or two ago because I wasn't happy with my progress. anywho, it looks like I'm back on track and finally below the dreaded 260 mark. 259.5 or so, which is a total loss of 11 pounds I believe.

Uh-oh, plus 4 over the weekend and although I was fairly active both days with long sand volleyball sessions on Saturday and Sunday; I ate like a horse and consumed a few too many adult beverages during the games.

    Hafta do better than that.

Gained 2 lbs while on vacation.....at 206lbs now. The food in Mexico was well worth it, but the tequila didnt help.

Been falling on and off. Mostly off. We'll see how it goes this time.

I WILL NOT go back to 190 though, that's for sure.

I drove up to Arlington with my girlfriend to go to six flags and visit a friend of mine. It goes without saying that dieting and six flags don't mix. Back to work this week.

During the most part of the past year I did not worked out at all and just bummed out by eating abunch of fast food and was not very active. Everyone said I gotten skinnier since last year and I actually did, in terms of physical appearance. But my weight actually stayed constant since my freshman year in HS, at 162.

I started exercising the same time I dropped fast food for lent. I actually gained 8 lbs in three weeks, and is now weighing in around 170.

Funny how things work out. Before I lived a lifestyle of a total ****** bum, and now that I actually started exercising and dropped the fatty food that I started to gain weight, on both the scale and physical appearance. I'm not eating anymore then before either, nor am I lifting weight/drinking protein shakes. I've just been jogging and doing push-ups/sit-ups.

    how tall are you?

I'm giving myself a birthday present, I joined a gym in earlier feb. and my birthday is in October, hopefully, I'll just be half the man that I was :D

weighing every week is tedious, and sometimes anticlimatic
