Yeah, I'm great all week, but come weekend my self control goes splat. Something I'm going to work on. But brighter side: I've moved my belt buckle 3 slots. (from 1 to 4)
I went down over the weekend that's what she said! And I also lost weight. 160 now. Sweet. I will play more basketball this week and work out.
back down to 263, for like 3 weeks after getting down to 263 I was stuck back at 266. anywho, total weight loss of -8. since I'm tracking calories better than I ever have it should stay consistent. seems like the amount of people replying to this thread died very quickly. silly people and their new year's resolutions.
Question for all the fitness gurus Does anyone use the calorie/heart rate monitoring watches ? I tried one yesterday (7am-7pm) and i had a total of 3550 calories burned.
by the way, for anyone truly serious about this stuff fitday.com is an extremely useful tool. it can track your caloric intake per day (lots of presets, or you can add your own nutritional information), moods, a simple journal, weight / weight loss goals, etc. it's free so it's definitely worth a look.
I haven't been in here for a couple weeks because I kind of got a little sidetracked. I'm still at the same weight right now that I've been at since the last time I recorded which was about 245, so at least I haven't gone backwards.
i've been using "Lose it!" calorie logger for my iPhone as well as the run diagnostics logger "RunKeeper".... So far so good... both free apps.. I highly recommend them
I actually lost some weight again, hooray! -1.5, currently 261.5 (total -9.5). it's not as quick as what I would have liked, but after that stretch of like 3 weeks not losing any somehow I will take it. hopefully this actually continues.
Been out of the loop for a while and I'm too lazy to find my last post in this thread, but I'm down to 222 according to my Wii Fit on Friday. I was pushing 228 a week ago. Gained some weight over the last month. Why are you guys weighing on a Monday (after a weekend)? Best to weigh in on Friday so you can 'pork out' on Saturday and Sunday, then you have 5 days to work it off and still lose weight.
I weigh 161 now. MANY people this weekend told me I "looked" skinnier, but I'm not doing anything too drastic. It's the people that haven't seen me in weeks that say that, though, 'cuz I was in the 170's when we started this joint.
