Weighed this morning...gained 1 pound. My weight always go down and up between 139-143. Oh well, I'll keep working out and eating right. Hopefully, in a month, i'll be a few lbs lighter.
That sucks about the spreadsheet. I'm pissed someone would do that. At 205 this morning. I think that was the same as last week, but my father-in-law was in town and we ate pretty poorly and I didn't get to have much exercise until Sunday night when I went 5miles on a run/walk.
i didn't say anything about the spreadsheet because I thought I was the one who fouled it up. I found some "Stefanie" or something like that in the spreadsheet coming from the same link on the first page. FYI, I started off 168, then 165, then 163 this week. Can we start the spreadsheet again?
First time I checked this thread today. Good one. Not easy to lose weight during Chinese New Year celebration (translation: lots of eating and parties), which typically lasts two weeks until the 15th day of the 1st lunar month. 6'1" and currently at 210 lb. Ideal weight for my height is 175 lb, but in the real world only Pete Sampras and Roger Federer could do that. Will live with 185 lb happily.
I lost 30 pounds in 2008. So this fat group isn't for me. I did it with no support. I just decided I was going to stop being fat and excercised and ate less. So all you fatties should just stop eating so much. Drink water until you are full, fatty.
lol I eat pretty much anything I want, I just work out and I have lost about 20 pounds since doing that. The only thing I limit is sweets, soda,n kool-aid to just the weekends unless I go out to eat I'll get a coke.
Weighed in on Saturday, lost another couple of pounds. down at 244 right now. Still drinking at least 3 liters of water. No beef, No poultry.
How's the no beef and no poultry treating you? I don't see why you can't eat lean cuts of beef and all white chicken meat. The amount of protein and limited fat/calories would actually benefit your diet.
Its just a mindset thing I suppose. I still eat plenty of fish. I eat tuna sandwiches for lunch. If I started eating white meat chicken I'd start eating fried chicken and so forth, it would be a slippery slope I'm not willing to risk at the moment.
down 17 lbs. overall... lost four inches on my waist... from 3x to 2x shirt No cokes, less carbs, more protein, more activity
