Yep yep, I've said it before...he has the best motivation that Tracy McGrady could have, pride and money. Tracy won't be any more motivated than he will be this next season, in my opinion.
Well, this is a contract year for T-Mac and he has much to prove that he is healthy and can lead a team himself at least out of the 1st round. The question about T-Mac has never been about his ability. He can defend, shoot, score, drive and dish the rock. But will his body and mind be both healthy and in the right place? That is the real question..I like your optimism, but I would prepare for the worst just in case.. __________________ AB is gonna go off this year...
I believe TMac could come back and surprise a lot of the naysayers, but your scenario may be a little over zealous. Nothing wrong with a positive attitude though. I'm pulling for TMac. I have yet to hear one name that I would like to trade him for.

I am going to agree that this year he should be the most motivated. His reputation (whatever is left of it) and another contract are on line. He can go out the Penny way (oh what could have been) or at least someone like Vince Carter (awesome player). Kinda sad though that he wasn't motivated enough last year when we had the team to win. Of course he was hurt, but obviously he has only himself to blame.
Exactly my thoughts, i´ve always been a fan of mac, but this is just ridiculous. He will be hella motivated though , I expect him to drop like 18/5/5 this season.
I agree with the OP. And having Yao out will open up more room and possibilities for Tmac to operate. Yao slowed him down IMO. I loved the 22 in a row type team we had that year. We just need a more mobile center to run with that 22 in a row team and if Tmac comes back in as good of shape as I believe he will, then he could have an MVP type season and redeem himself.
Im not totally convinced mcgrady will have a good season, remember when kprc chnl2 hyped his midseason come back and nuthin happened. He does have a lot to prove and its a contract season, should be interesting..
last year i root for SF3 to return. The year before I root for Bonzi to return. Lets hope this year my wish comes true.
