    Mariners possibly on the block:

J.R. House - 28 year old GAG catcher
With my admiration for Palmieri, J.R. is an odd man out in Seattle. J.R. has B range at catcher and can also play 1B. His contract is a fair 3.5 million and he is locked up for 4 years.

Tony Torcato - 26 year old GAA rightfielder
Tony is a good lefty contact hitter, and is also a good in avoiding K's. Tony would be a good top of the order guy and he has an affordable 3 million contract for 3 years.

Jorge Padilla - 29 year old ABG rightfielder
Jorge is a powerful hitter with a good walk drawing ability and excellent stealing ability. His contract is a very nice 3 million and he will make that bargain price for at least 4 more years.

Jeff Heaverlo - 30 year old GAGG starter
Jeff is a good pitcher with excellent duration who had an off-year this year. After a bad start I sent him to AAA, eventually brought him back up and he has been playing better since. Jeff makes 7 million and his contract is up after next season.

If you are interested in someone and have trouble affording them, I may be able to throw in a little cash.

I am open to young prospects at most positions and would also be interested in nice MR's. I could also use a good 3B that is already in the majors if you happen to be trading one.

Also, Manny, with Field sucking, any chance you want to send him back to his former employer :).
