Chuck, I'm here. Beckett was absolutely filthy last night. Pedroia and Youkilis remain red-hot. When the Sox have them hitting in addition to Manny and Ortiz, they are very tough to beat. I still think this series goes 6 games with Boston winning, but damn they looked good last night.
Wondering where you were last night, lol Beckett is becoming pretty much as automatic as you can get. Pedroia has really overachieved for a rookie in his first postseason. If he and Youkilis keep getting on base and setting the table for the big boys, I dont even see this series getting as close as six. But, it was one game and I dont want to get too far ahead of myself. Lets hope the Game 6 ALCS Curt Schilling shows up tonight. Or even better, the '04 bloody sock Schilling

Only Yankees are legit to beat Red Sux in a seven game series. Too bad we got beat by a bunch of bugs and more importantly, the unexpected meltdown coming from Chien-Ming Wang. I am. What Yankee fans conveniently forget to mention is that even if they won that game, they still would have had to win 2 more games. And it's not like they didn't have their chances - beat Paul Byrd at Yankee Stadium and force a Game 5. And it's not like the midges were there from the first inning on in Game 2. But you have to hand it to guys like ivanny - they always have some excuse when their Yankees fail. I enjoy reading them because they are such comedic gold!
