I'm pulling hard for the Spurs to force "the King" into abdicating a thrown he never owned. I want this series to be an embarrassment to the Cavs. I don't know why.... I just do... lol.

Bowen is currently planning a career ending injury for Lebron.

I hope the cavs win, even though I like TD.

I'm rooting for the Cavs....just nice to see someone else in the Finals as opposed to the damn Pistons or Shaq coming out of the East.

I HATE the Spurs....but think they will win 4-2

I don't understand why YOFers hate Lebron.
I mean I know that his bad free throw shooting offends China, but Lebron has lots of heart and he's not afraid to take control.

I grew up in Cleveland, moved here the year Mark Price was deliberately clobbered with a concussion by the Pissed-Ons right at the season end. And I can hate the flopping Spurs. So I can get on board with Timmy and the Floppers taking it on the chin.

I need to re-write the theme song for Flipper the Dolphin.

"They call him flopper, flopper, flopper, King of the sleeze
    His name is Manu Ginobi-ileeze.
They call him Chopper, chopper, Chopper, Bruce is so dirtee-eeze

    Help anyone?
    Maybe tomorrow.

Bowen : Hmmm, should I knee him in the balls like I did Nash, or should I try to break his leg like I did Stoudemire?? So many dirty plays, so little time...

Bowen is so overrated, t-mac has lit his ass up numerous times, most recently in SA this yr, he put 37 cluch points on his punk ass easily.

    Matchups:

Bowen vs Lebron: I don't think Bowen has the strength to take abuse from Lebron. Unless the Spurs play a dedicated zone trap like Detroit, they have no shot at stopping Lebron from dropping huge points. Sorry but people give too much credit to Bruce Bowen but I still remember what Kobe did to him back in 2001 when he averaged 45 ppg against the Spurs in that series when Lakers swept everyone in the West. Kobe did the same to him in 2004.

Ginobili vs Varejao: Not exactly a direct positional match up but this one is for the best flopper from both sides of the league. If you love watching a guy drop dead like he has been shot in the face then this is for you. An absolute flopper's delight and must see TV.

Prediction: Caveliers in 6. Yes I believe they will do it. Look for Lebron to steal game 1 and close it out at home.

Strange memory. Bowen wasn't on that Spurs team that got swept. Kobe did NOT go for anything like 45 a game in '04, either - something like 25 per, on 40% shooting. Bowen did fine; shooters couldn't hit.

That said, LeBron will get his; LBJ is MUCH bigger than Kobe. He can't do it alone, and won't even be the best player on the court in THIS series.

    Spurs in 5.

Yep, I'm breaking out the David Wesley jersey for this series. Got to support my man riding the pine for a winner.

I'll be pleasantly surprised if the Spers don't sweep this series.

We should give the Spurs the trophy now. No need to waste everybody's time.

Nobody could stop LeBron alone. But if LeBron drives pass his defender, there will always be a Spur waiting to take the charge. Mark it! LeBron will spend his time on FT line if he drives.

    Spurs sweep - 85%
Spurs in 5 - 15%. It's becuase Pop wants to save his former assistant's face and give 1 game away. So the Spurs can also return home for the Trophy presentation.

spurs in 4(If Lebron has such an amazing game again spurs in 5).

It is pathetic how weak the east is. The cavs wouldn't even be a top 5 team in the west.
