Duncan may whine to the refs a ton... but at least he doesn't flail his arms like a freaking pansy.

    Dirk is a loooooser.

Just like most superstars take their games to a new level in the post-season... Dirk takes his flopping/flailing to new heights.

Hell... the fact that he was flailing/out of control BEFORE the contact (on that last play) was probably the reason he got hurt.

I don't think I've ever seen a quarter in which, from beginning to end, the refs have more consistently screwed one team than this one. The Spurs have done nearly everything to win this game, and bad calls by the refs have cost them a minimum of 10 points. Several of the calls have been simply unbelievable, and the fact that they've been made one after the other -- a phantom foul on one end, a blind no-call on the other -- makes me wonder whether money has changed hands. This game should not even be close, yet the Mavs may end up with the "win."

Yep... Dallas has nearly all their points off FT's, whereas the Spurs have made countless tough (or easy, depending on Dallas' lack of defense) shots.

If Dallas can't win this game, its equivalent to game 1... both games were right there to win, and they couldn't take advantage of it. NOT championship material

Ditto. I tuned in expecting to root for anyone but the defending champs, the boring team. But after watching for a while, I realized, you know what? I don't like a single player on the Mavs. And I respect the Spurs, even when they bore me. It's three yards and a cloud of dust, but it's professional.

Plus, Erick Dampier can kiss my ***.

I don't get it. Why Nowitzki get soooooooooooo many calls? You may hate the Spurs, but Duncan is respectable.

Because Ducan nuts it up and doesn't let a tiny bit of contact cause his entire body to shift, arms to go flying, and doesn't have screams that would make a little girl jealous to come out of his mouth.

BTW... since when do refs call LOOSE BALL FOULS in end of game situations at any time during the season, let alone the playoffs?

Its a good thing I'm not really a Spurs fan, or I probably would have broken something by now.

Mavs won a game by ONE POINT that was basically handed to them... if the refs don't call the game as one-sided in the next one, the Spurs have definitely adjusted to the Mavs adjustments, and they should be in decent shape.

A lot of times Duncan have his hands straight up and he's still called for a foul. That reminds me when Yao have his hands straight up but the refs just screwed him up and fouled him out of the game.

Dirk, on the other hand, gets all the calls with all the flopping and whining.

Or you could look at it that Spurs have yet to control any game this series, and are fairly lucky to only be down 2-1.

Dirk is an absolute a$$hole and a terrible teammate.

"He's been in the league 10 years so he should know the rule."...."I was wondering what the hell he was doing." - talking about Stackhouse.

After his meltdown blaming teammates in last year's semis against the Suns, this guy is an absolute loser for mouthing off about his teammates in public.

Hell, the hands-up calls were the most defensible of the bunch. The no-call on the trip of Parker, followed by the phantom trip call on Barry when Dirk fell out of bounds -- that combo was simply inexcusable.

Still, Spurs would have won it if they hadn't made a couple of mistakes in the final minute. They had to play a perfect quarter to beat the Mavs and refs combined, and they didn't quite do it.

Man the officiating for this game was just fuc*in horrible....I saw three fouls called on Duncan that were never fouls...I saw Dirk the Jerk just flop on a numerous amount of plays...I mean the guy barely gets touched and he makes it seem as if he just got hit by an iron fist...Well the only good thing that came of this game is that the city of San Antonio is experiencing what the Rockets went thru last year w/ the Mavs

The last 2 fouls on Duncan were complete garbage and probably cost the Spurs the game. I'm usually the last person to whine about referees but they blew this game. Of course, there were some bad calls that favored the Spurs but the last 2 fouls on Duncan were critical.

The calls were bad but the main reason why the Spurs are in major trouble is because they can't stop Harris. I don't like the Spurs but I would rather see them win instead of the Mavs.
