For getting drunk or beer pong, I like Bud Light but will tolerate Beast Light. For a decent midrange beer, I like Shiner Bock for something a bit darker, and Hoegaarden for something lighter. Expensive beers... whatever sounds good. Gulden Draak and Reisdorf Kolsh. Most belgian beers.
Are you fond of the wild yeast taste? I am on the lighter beers, but it gets stronger on the heavier beers.
I'm not enough of an expert to know what wild yeast tastes like. If you like light beer, I encourage you to give Hoegaarden a try. Dunk in a slice of lemon and enjoy.
I'm not a beer snob. I don't really care as long as it's cold. Even better if, for some reason, it's free.
You can't detect a difference in the taste between beers? Or do you just not care about the difference in taste?
Usually Miller Lite if I plan on drinking more than a couple. Other favorites of mine are Dos Equis Special Lager, Guiness, and Blue Moon. Chimay is also pretty good but I can't drink more than one.
I can, I just don't care. Within reason that is. It's not like I drink Olympia Gold or anything like that. At least not since college...
It's amusing that Keystone has this new ad campaign. The commercials are funny, but anyone who drinks beer already knows how low quality it is. The new liner they put in the cans does what, seal in the watery taste?
Unbelievable...I found two more Keystone Light fans here..I have never met anyone in person besides me to admit to drinking it...much less liking it. I admit I drink for the buzz, if I am drinking for taste I usually drink Dr. Pepper, and stuff like Guinness my stomach is full before I begin to feel a buzz.
