Bush. Call me crazy, but I've had No problem with his handling, so far. Y'all also have to understand that I'm so anti-taxes that I would vote a paperweight in over a democrat, nationally. I vote Democrat straight ticket locally, though.
Voting for Michael Badnarik (the Libertarian candidate) here in Iowa. Bit of a struggle since this is the first time my vote will actually count in a battleground state but I feel I must stay true to my ideals, even if it means "wasting" a vote.
MadMax votes for the horse instead of the guys who are just...part of a horse. And with that, I cast my vote for Bush.
Chance...the sad thing is that some people actually think that way. No faith in the strength of our nation. We got through the Great Depression and stagflation...but we won't survive 4 more years of Bush. Lame thought.
There's nothing wasted in voting your conscience, my friend. I mean that most sincerely. If you can't stomach either "major" candidate and find someone else who resonates with you, by all means vote for him or her. As someone who has voted Green the last two times around I'll say that I do think that booting the armageddon-obsessed marionette out of office is priority #1, but if you can's handle a vote for Kerry, I certainly cannot say that I'll begrudge you the sentiment. I can handle that Kerry vote, but only just.
