    MVP - Shaq

hard to argue. what u have here is a highly motivated and a leaner bad ass mother****er who wants to prove something to the league and to kobe that he is and will always be the BEST PLAYER ON THE PLANET.

    ROY - ????

Just have no idea. Dont know the rookies that much except for okafur leading his school to the ncaa title. So i guess if we go to stats alone, my vote is for emeka to win this award. He may not put up impressive numbers ala shaq, zo or hakeem but at least he will be a factor for the bobcats enough for them to have double digits winning season.

    COY - JVG

Have a strong feeling he's going to win this award after the season. He has laid down the foundation, he has at least the type of players that he wants, now its up to him to have one of the best seasons ever in team's history.

    MIP - Gerald Wallace

hes an athletic freak. He is due to a breakout this season. Hes still young, he just needs pt and more shots to gain more confidence and hes going to be a force and a future all star. Very entertaining player a mini jason richardson

DPOY - Toss up between Artest and Big Ben

This is hard. Although i give artest a slight edge becoz he is a very good on the ball defender. Big ben's size and position limits him to guard other players atop the square circle but he is the best interior defender in the game. But whoever wins, both of them deserves the award.

    SMOY - Mo Taylor

Last year, big mo impressed me a lot as a sixth man for the rockets. If he can continue his plays and starts to like his role, he's going to make people turn their heads.

    1st Team

    C - Shaq
    PF - TD
    SF - KG
    SG - Kobe
    PG - TMAC

    2nd Team

    C - YAo
    PF - JO
    SF - Dirk
    SG - Lebron
    PG - AI

    3rd Team

    C - Big Ben
    PF - AK 47
    SF - Pierce
    PG - SF
    SG - Rip

I think big ben should win ROY but not for the NBA. Mo is not the best sixth man JVG is a good but not a great coach (yet). Yao is still not what shaq is.

Anyone get that NFL refrence? I think if we sign a PG next year (b. Jackson) we will be in the finals.

You all are so far off on the MVP predictions.

First of all, do you think we are going to be a high seed this year? If yes, then you should also predict Yao Ming to be the MVP.

Why? Look at our team. Our starting lineup will feature the core of last year's (and many recent years') worst team (TMac and JHoward are definitely going to be starters, with TLue and Gaines being the main backups at PG). If we can make it to the top 4 seeds in WC this year, either Yao Ming is going to be MVP or JVG is going to be coach of the year because they are the only two significant differences on our team from last year's Magic.
