I type well because I think rationally and don't relate typing to talking or tonight's loss to t-mac only taking 3 shots in the 4th quarter.

Besides, if his balls were big enough to hinder my typing, you would've shutup already.

Granted, Battier made 4 of 4, the rest of the team went 2 of 18. I was referring more specifically that when the guards are hitting threes the opposing defense opens up and the Rox' offense becomes much more efficient, it opens up lanes for McGrady and passing to cutters to the basket. Having Yao, when teams double team him has the same effect. Tonight we had neither Yao or Rafer and the guards that did play were not a factor.

I know I haven't been here very long myself, but has anyone else seen the correlation between new members and bad threads? No? Okay.

7/21 -> 33% FG% is playing badly. But he has a broken shoulder for so long and 30 something FG% is a norm for Tmac lately.

I would say middle of the road.

    Battier played best.

    Followed by Scola.

    Then Deke and T-Mac.

    Then Brooks/Head/Hayes/Landry/Harris

    Then B-Jax/Novak.

Well what happened last year, when Yao was healthy and "taking the pressure off of TMac"?

    Thats right they still lost.

Guys an injured Mcgrady (now) isn't what we would expect but if it wasn't for him we wouldn't be in the playoffs...whats your arguement on that?

7 for 21 is bad if those are all jumpers. But he took easily 10 shots in close that did not go in, some of those he was fouled on and didn't get the whistle.(Course, he was fouled on some of those that did go in and didnt get the call there either).

Ok I can understand that. Thats fair because he did play hard in the 1st half but he has got to get up more shots still. No one played well but he at least has to try. The Spurs and Suns players played over 50 minutes today and they were still getting shots up.

Argh. It might be more accurate to write that he failed Shane and Scola. T-Mac had some good quarters, but he was inconsistent.

The two blue collar guys, on the other hand, laid it all out on the line for all four quarters. Pretty much like they do every game they play.

na luther head deserves to be the bottom of the list because he tossed the ball cross court into utah bench first court dont know what illusion he sees, then he tossed it to harpering in 2nd half and didn't score any points. However, since he is not new here, all those rookies and novak did better than him

I am not arguing that. I agree 100%. I think Tmac is a top 5 player in the league. I have just seen too many times in the playoffs he is not able for whatever reason to be the player we need him to be. Theres a reason he hasnt gotten out of the 1st round and theres a reason why he is the only one of his caliber not to. I want to be wrong but time after time he either doesnt drive to the basket or he shoot 3 shots in the second half.

It was intended to do so.

Last year Yao put up an 8 turnover game and a couple of 5 turnover games and average 4.71 TOs and 0.7 Blocks per game. No, it was totally awesome. Deke averages more blocks than Yao and he's 40-something.
