Sigh. Andre's never going to get a worthy #2 across from him. I just don't get it. There are guys out there available. At least make an attempt to try to get 1 at a cheap price. Jean has potential but would I expect him to turn into a legit #2 by the end of this season? Probably not. Same goes for Posey who is coming off an achilles injury and any guy we draft in the 1st or 2nd round.

I actually thought Posey showed great promise as a #2 and potentially #1 receiver. Damn that freak achilles tear.

Yeah, as far as 2013 goes, I'm pretty sure he's done. Without an offseason to prepare/train he wont improve like a typical WR can after his first year. I don't see him making an impact until 2014.

"We'll go to camp & obviously have a spot open across from Andre. Somebody's gonna have to jump up & take a hold of it." Kubiak on WR.

Kenny Stills from OU and Stedman Bailey from WV should be around in the 3rd.

Didn't watch Bailey much but Stills is another slot guy. I guess he's played wideout but slot is a different position entirely, one we don't need.

I don't know what Houston needs at WR - just saying those are probably the best available WR at that point in the draft.

Great name to bring up. That's the caliber of guy I hope to see 2-3 of here in camp fighting for a spot. There are a handful of these types available.

I really think that with guys like Lloyd sitting around, the Texans are waiting to sort out the safety situation before addressing WR in FA (and not draft). I call patience on this one

If we don't add anyone to this WR core, then you'll be looking at pretty much the same squad as last year. Except the young guys will all be better and Walter won't be there. My money would be on it being an improvement.

Minus Casey and another year added on Andre's old legs. The offense looked progressively worse towards the end of the season last year, we've lost pieces on defense... I don't see how you see any signs pointing towards improvement.

We will pick up a wide receiver in the third round of the draft. He will be from Lane College with the initials JJ.

It's amazing how stubborn this guy is, just unbelievable, never expecting this team to be an elite as long as we have him.
