This is not true. If Tech loses only once, UT only wins if it's Tech-OSU-UT tiebreaker. In the case of a UT-Tech tiebreaker, Tech wins. In the case of a Tech-OU-UT tiebreaker, OU most likely wins.
OU has a stronger schedule (with TCU and Tulsa), giving an 11-1 OU a better computer position than an 11-1 OSU. And OU is already many spots higher than OSU in the polls, giving OU a huge advantage over Texas there. OU doesn't have to jump Texas while OSU does.
I highly, highly, highly doubt this. You actually said it best a few weeks ago in the OSU-Missouri thread -- voters have typically gotten a lot better in recent years at readjusting their polls late in the season. I can't fathom a scenario where when voters have the full body of work in and see OU/UT with identical records that the head-to-head won't serve as the deciding factor.
I'm not even watching the game right now, just keeping up with on ESPN.com, and man...Tech is good this year. They seem to move the ball at will, even against good teams, which is what differentiates this team from previous Tech teams. I doubt I will ever say this again(On Saturday or Sunday), but GO COWBOYS!!!
35-14. I really expected OSU to play much better. They are flatter than a pancake. That early fumble and touchdown didn't help them at all. Beatdown in progress. November 22nd: TT at OU.
Just bought my tickets to the OU game from stubhub game isnt over yet but I think the prices will skyrocket tommorw morning/monday
Harrell, Crabtree and Co. are for real. Nothing flucky. Harrell is as smart as it gets. They can run the ball and rush the passer. Not to mention, they are real confident.
