    some, but not a lot

we all know that we can't get equal value for TMac. why bring up trading Mac on a day where Yao is officially done for the season?

the reason I can't get happy is, because something like "this" always happens.....I've fell for it before, that's why I've learned not to get to up or down about this team.....I just let what happens happen.

well Yao has shown to be mentally soft in the post season *I think back to last year's series against Utah* and physically he still allows smaller players to push him around and doesn't take it up aggressively enough.................................both guys are "passive" in nature, and you just can't have that when you depend on these guys to be your best players and team leaders.

Give Yao and T-mac one more year, we really play like a champion these days and the team's chemistry just great, also t-mac is playing better and better in RA's system. Just give them one more year to play, i believe we will be stronger next year, GO ROX!!

I've slowly come to be the same way. After the third, THIRD time with this happening, I can't invest heavily emotionally. I just can't anymore. I love the Rockets, want them to win a championship, but I can't get too happy for them anymore, because something like this has always happened in the past. That make me a lesser Rocket fan than anyone else on here? No, I just can't get up for the Rockets for it all to come crashing down like it has.

With that said, I have the highest faith that Landry will come in and produce. I'm talking 15 and 10 over the last 26 games. He will play strong for us and he will grow because he will be forced to for us to play well for the rest of the season, which I believe we will. Scola will also be very consistent for us, but Landry has an opportunity to become a very good player and I believe he has the talent/experience to do it.

I completely share the same sentiments as you. I am so completely heartbroken, but this is not the first time this has happened to either of our stars. On the other hand, unfortunately, this year the west is damn competitive that there is hardly any room for error; god its a good thing we atleast found some gold in Scola and Landry before this happened.

As heartbroken and pissed off as I am, I do think they deserve one more year. In 2009-10, T-Mac will be in the last year of his contract and then you can look to rebuild(or retool) if next season's another injury-plagued bust.

funny you mentioned less injury prone player when Yao will have missed more games (after this latest crapppy announcement) than TMac has during their time together in this team. Don't worry, all of you who keep gettin on TMac and how he gets injured, that time is coming for Yao too, when everyone will call for his head whenever he gets hurt.

Anyways, better way for you to say is, they need to get rid of at least one injury prone superstar....

its called divert attack on Yao.. but the thing is no one is attacking Yao for getting hurt, it is great. I am so glad to see the love for Yao on this board, because some people who feel this bad about Yao wouldn't think twice to call for TMac's head if he ws the one hurt.... oh well

Ya. Yao is such a pansy. His mentally soft ass played on a broken foot for 3 weeks to get his team 12 straight wins. Trade his ass!

I just think it's funny that some of you bash my post yet have no arguments against ANYTHING I said.......you make yourself look like ridiculous kids who let the "clutch city" goggles blind them from reality.......wake up and smell coffee people.......
