Barbosa started the season out slow but he's obviously getting it going again. I think his mother passed away and he was probably struggling as much as any other player on that team being forced to play a slow-it-down, half court game.
overrated he puts up 20-20 like another day at the office. he's not overrated, but he does need more post moves and work on his offense overall.
If I was part of the Rockets coaching staff, I'd have our young PGs watching about an hour of CP3 footage every day.
posey acquisition will make hornets competitive in the playoffs. I wouldn't be surprised if they made it to WCF.
couple bone-headed plays for paul in the last minute. 1 offensive, and 1 defensive. Still, he is playing pretty awesome.
Well, it's not just the Rockets that have a reason to complain about referees tonight. That game completely turned around on yet another Fisher flop
damn, mental lapse of CP3 may cost the Hornets this game. Didnt run out the clock and got called for a charge in 2nd last possession. Now, it's OT.
Even CP3 makes mistakes. He had a 3 or 4-on-1 fastbreak when they are up by 3 with about 20 seconds left. He decided to take Fisher on instead of dropping it off and Fisher drew the charge. Then, Fisher knocked down a game tying 3 at the other end. We're going to OT. This is one of the few times I'm rooting for the Lakers.
Not his terrible decision making in the last minute of regulation of the Laker game tonight. It's like he's single-handedly trying to give it away.
Get serious. He's the best point guard in the world. He makes mistakes, too. Without Paul, it isn't even a contest.
The hell are you talking about "get serious?" That last minute he was terrible. That's the part I would leave out if our young guards were watching footage of him. It's just a comment oh his play there. geez.
Get serious. Seriously, get serious. The game is a blowout in favor of the Lakers without Paul in the game. He's human. All players make mistakes. If you're gonna jump on a guy like Paul, I don't even wanna know what you think about our franchise player, who makes boneheaded mistakes almost every game down the stretch. I'd trade everything other than our rights to the name "Houston Rockets" for Chris Paul, including Yao.
Quit being an idiot. I posted about a bad stretch of play from Paul that probably lost the game. I don't have to mitigate it with platitudes about what a great player he is. Did I say he was a bad player? No. Did I say he wasn't a great PG? No. Was that last minute terrible for him? Hell yes. You act like you took the criticism personally. Jesus.
Then Gasol commits a dumb one. Game ain't over yet but I'd be shocked if the Hornest pull this out minus Paul.
