Slightly better imo, still, better passer, better rebounder, better home shooter so, yeah, better player.

It's either him or Presti, common denominator?

Slower and less mobile than greasy Keith Jones on a treadmill.

He is a big body and skilled finisher around the rim, but I can’t see him getting any rotation minutes at all.

Maybe both won't even be in OKC by 2021 if things continue the way they have been

When was Washington ever a destination for stars? If they want to trade Porter away they will for much better return than this. Plus there are still many cheap centers in the market. Monroe, Bebe, Brolo(?), KOC, Dwight..

I haven't really watched much of him tbh. I just remember Cod may have alluded to him when he was still on Philly.

My main thought behind it was, "Is he better than Tarik and potentially serviceable enough to allow Nene rest."

I hope Oladipo wins MVP next year just to add to Presti’s collection. :D

Just because it hasn't happened doesn't mean you stop positioning yourself for a star free agent. We've said this many times as Rockets fans, yet we seem to pull in our fair share (Dwight, CP3).

Don't think any of those free agents compare favorably to Dedmon, who is the modern NBA center.

I'm not sure they will get a much better return given his contract. He's paid like a star, plus a trade kicker and player option. Don't get me wrong...he MIGHT be a star, in which case a return is justified. But that's all besides the point...Washington is entering year 2 of the luxury tax. The punative tax starts next season for them...that's also when Wall's contract jumps up to $38 million. Also, would you pay the farm for a player that can become a free agent in 2020, and who has already signed a non-team friendly deal with another team (Brooklyn)?

It is an almost 100 percent certainty that he sign here regardless the cap hit. They have no choice but to match.

I didn't even realize the Wizards were in the luxury last season...and was just looking at their actual roster and salaries going forward, i mean, i knew it wasn't a good situation but holy hell what a disaster...

Morey has improved this roster every year during the Harden era, just be patient.

I just listened to @mike2k132 call into SportsTalk790 talking about the Lakers. Talking about them being the favorite in the West even more than the warriors.

man.. if we could've gotten Noel for 3.5mil/2years backing up Capela, that would've been great.

We need a playmaker starting at the 3 spot or improve the 4 spot. Slide Tucker over to play 3.

Here's his DX profile. He played PG on a Serbian team before Minny drafted him (in 2010!)
