At this point, my guess is Lebron is waiting for the Friday afternoon news cycle to sneak in his announcement when the least amount of people are paying attention.
In all reality if LeBron does not sign in Houston it would suck. However you guys still have a contender and could still win with out him. If the Lakers don't get him, they would still suck and miss the playoffs entirely. So it's better to have him then not, but not as bad as what other teams will be missing out on.
But he is gonna be the Friday afternoon news cycle. Most people know this his last day to opt in and out. And we kind of know what that means either way.
to be honest- if he was never considering the Rockets he would have already opted out. this is crazy that he has given any word on that...
