Would be great but if he could straighten up I'd take him on the rockets in a heartbeat. Can he straighten up and do what he's told though? Part of me thinks harden would not allow a return... if he would then that says a lot.
Yeah I don't think there's any chance Harden would allow Howard back on the team. He was unwilling to do what he's good at while demanding touches so he could do what he sucks at.
Nets should request a 2nd rounder or cash considerations from teams, allowing those teams to add a team to Dwight's buyout in which he cannot play for. So Houston could trade a 2nd rounder and request Dwight's contract have language that prevented him from signing with GSW. Put me in coach.
Regarding Eric Gordon and the Draft.... 10. Philadelphia 76ers (from Lakers) 11. Charlotte Hornets 12. Los Angeles Clippers (from Pistons) 13. Los Angeles Clippers 14. Denver Nuggets 15. Washington Wizards 16. Phoenix Suns (from Heat) 17. Milwaukee Bucks 18. San Antonio Spurs 19. Atlanta Hawks (from Timberwolves) 20. Minnesota Timberwolves (from Thunder)
Batum is a perfect fit against the Warriors and getting him for Anderson would be a win for the Rockets if LeBron doesn’t come. He’s Ariza with playmaking ability. As for Gordon vs Kemba, Kemba is the better player. That’s simply not debatable. But I don’t think the deal works well from a chemistry standpoint for the Rockets.
If we trade Gordon to me that's confirmation that LeBron was never considering the Rockets that much.
I will reiterate what others have said -- trade Gordon for a pick only with the expectation that it will result in a much better player. Let us not forget that EGawd was the 3rd best player for us during the regular season and a capable replacement for CP3 for those 23 games when Paul was out.
If the Rockets trade Gordon, it means there are follow up moves to come. And we probably shouldn't rush to judge things. But we will anyway.
I think Batum has easily one of the top 10 worst contracts in the league. He's often injured, doesn't shoot well and he also has a player option year more than Anderson at 27 per. per realgm The Milwaukee Bucks are exploring trade scenarios using the No. 17 pick to unload the contract of Matthew Dellavedova. Dellavedova is owed $19.2 million over the final two seasons on his deal. But the Bucks are looking to trade down and not use a deal as an outright salary dump. The Bucks signed Dellavedova in the 2016 offseason.

I wonder how many trees died for the paper that was used on those terrible contracts of 2016. Won't someone please think of the trees?!?
What makes you think he’s considering us at all? We can’t wait to make moves. Morey needs to work on this roster now.
