Yes, WTF? We want to shout about ‘States Rights when it’s (politically) convenient but trample them when it suits us. Can’t have it both ways, America.

White folk in power like rewriting rules to keep it.

They don't consider the opposition "Real" Americans.

@dachuda86 is not even posting in America. Look at his posting history. Never posts past 7pm and always starts posting in the early middle of the night. Now he wants America to spilt. Very suspicious indeed

"back again" from what? austin used to be way more "liberal"/leftist/hippie than it is now. is that what you are calling for here?

this comment tells everyone that you know absolutely nothing about austin.

and many of your comments in this thread prove that you are nothing more than an unamerican traitor to our country. calling for the country to be broken up just because your god trump lost! what has gotten into yall? maybe you are the one who should leave. perhaps your fellow america-hating buddy dadouche86 will let you move in with him in russia.

States have rights but when your mismanagement and breaking of your own laws affects a national election that affects those other states, they have grounds to complain. They are weakening your vote and my vote by skirting election laws. I am proud of Texas.

This lawsuit is just an idea and will remain an idea forever.

Supreme Court won't even hear it.

Clearly one side is worried it will be heard by the court.... why is that? If there is nothing wrong then they should have nothing to fear and should welcome a chance to see it fail before the court.

Too stupid to fail is not a winning strategy, son. One side is less concerned it will be heard by the court than it is concerned that with every failure the other side ramps up to another, higher degree of lies, subversion, and sedition. That 75% of one side believes all those lies is a major problem for the future of the country.

you seem to care too much about Austin they don't need and care about people fantasizing about kiling liberals or almost praying for no civil war.

actually no major and educated city in the US or the World does

David Lat, the founding editor of Above the Law, is a writer, speaker, and legal recruiter at Lateral Link, where he is a managing director in the New York office. David's book, Supreme Ambitions: A Novel (2014), was described by the New York Times as "the most buzzed-about novel of the year" among legal elites. David previously worked as a federal prosecutor, a litigation associate at Wachtell Lipton, and a law clerk to Judge Diarmuid F. O'Scannlain of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

What laws were broken here? The Trump administration has not been able to provide evidence that holds up under scrutiny by State or Federal courts, so I’m eager to see what evidence you have. In fact, the Trump admin would like to see this, too.
